The interior of the Sidotti museum is gradually taking shape.

The flooring and ceiling installation has been completed, and the wooden sections of the walls are now finished. Next, we will move on to plastering, followed by the fabrication of shelving and furniture.

The construction is being carried out largely by hand by William Brouwer, an architectural designer based in Yakushima. With a target opening at the end of May, we are also making steady progress on the gallery exhibition content and the development of the café menu.

We are planning events, lectures, and workshops as well, with the aim of creating a space where many people can gather and connect.
