The exterior construction of the museum has been completed.

Thanks in part to a stretch of fine weather, the exterior of the “Yakushima Sidotti Memorial Museum “ was completed ahead of schedule.From the coming fiscal year, we will move on to the interior work.

At the same time, we must carefully consider the museum’s operational system and program content.

We hope to gather ideas from many people and make thoughtful preparations so that the museum can begin its journey as a place loved by all.

If everything goes smoothly, we look forward to opening sometime between spring and early summer next year.We sincerely ask for your continued support and cooperation throughout 2026 as well.
