Sunflower Seeds Sown

Sunflower seeds have been sown at the future site of the Memorial Museum in

preparation for the Sidotti Yakushima Landing Memorial Festival (November 23).

Last year, the seeds were planted rather late, and the flowers only just managed to

bloom in time for the event. How will it be this year?

With the climate becoming increasingly unpredictable, the blooming of the sunflowers

is truly left to the grace of nature.

We hope that on the day of the Memorial Festival, the venue will be filled with

sunflowers in full bloom for all visitors to enjoy together.
