The final architectural plans were completed.
The design was created by American architect William Brower, who resides in
Koidomari, Yakushima. He has been involved in the entire Sidotti Project, including
the design of the church-arch monument and the Sidotti Landing Site Observation
Tower, and he will also oversee construction management.
