日本フィランソロピック財団助成事業として岳南中学校有志と保護者計16名をお迎えして、体験型ワークショップを屋久島シドッティ記念館ギャラリーにて開催しました。テーマは、「他者への共感意識・自己肯定感」で、シドッティと出逢った屋久島の百姓藤兵衛の立場に立って、ロールプレイを行いました。アンケートにも多くの感想を記入いただき、有意義な時間を過ごしました。
As part of a project funded by the Japan Philanthropic Foundation, we welcomed a total of 16 participants — volunteer students from Gakunan Junior High School and their parents— for an experiential workshop held at the Yakushima Sidotti Museum Gallery. The theme was "Empathy for Others and Self-Affirmation" and participants took part in role-play from the perspective of Tobei, the Yakushima farmer who encountered Sidotti. Many participants also shared their thoughts in the questionnaire afterward, making it a meaningful experience for everyone involved.
